Returns Policy

1) Change-of-mind returns


  • Window: 30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Unused, unopened, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Proof: Order number or receipt required.

  • Exclusions: See “Non-returnable items” below.

2) Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns if these have been opened or used:


  • Mouth Tape, Nose Strips, Sleep Masks

  • Water bottles once unsealed

  • Any consumables or skincare

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

    Custom orders and made-to-order configurations are not eligible unless faulty.

3) Apparel exchange


  • Wrong size or fit. Eligible within 30 days if unworn and unwashed with tags on.

  • Exchange for another size or store credit. If the size you want is unavailable, we will refund to original payment.

4) Faulty or incorrect items


  • Covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong product, we will repair, replace, or refund within our obligations.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Notify us within 7 days of delivery for fast replacement.

  • Transit damage: Photograph packaging and product on arrival and email us within 48 hours.

5) Chambers and recovery systems


  • Large items such as Hyperbaric chambers, cryo systems, saunas, and plunges are inspected before dispatch.

  • Change-of-mind returns for these are not accepted after installation or use. If unopened, contact us within 14 days to discuss options. Return freight, reinstall, and inspection fees may apply.

  • Faults are handled under warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

6) How to start a return


  1. Email team@hyperbaricoxygentherapychristchurch.com with your order number, reason, and clear photos if relevant.

  2. We will issue an RMA and return instructions. Do not send anything back without an RMA.

  3. Pack securely. Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.

  4. Use a tracked service. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

7) Return shipping costs


  • Change-of-mind or size exchanges: you pay return shipping. We cover the outbound shipping for one exchange within NZ on apparel.

  • Faulty, incorrect, or DOA items: we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a label.

  • Large freight items: we will coordinate freight. Actual carrier costs are deducted if change-of-mind is approved.

8) Refunds and processing time


  • Refunds go back to the original payment method only.

  • Allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take another 3 to 5 business days to post it.

9) International orders


  • Same policy applies. Duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

10) Bundles and promotions


  • Returning part of a bundle recalculates the discount. Any free gifts must be returned unused or their value will be deducted.

11) Warranties


  • All products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Some items also include a manufacturer warranty. Keep your proof of purchase.

12) Final notes


  • If an item is returned used, missing parts, damaged, or outside the return window, we may decline or apply a reasonable restocking fee.

  • Nothing here limits your rights under New Zealand law.
